Abstract: Gilbreath sequences arise from a famous card trick, and have become the basis for some interesting mathematical results, mostly in analysis and recreational mathematics.  After a brief introduction to knot theory, we will apply Gilbreath sequences to knot theory -  creating knots from these particular sequences and examining properties of Gilbreath knots.
