My research interests are within Statistics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Model Checking & Bioinformatics.
I am also a faculty in the SLU Masters program of
Bioinformatics & Computational Biology (SLU-BCB).
Open Positions: My current bioinformatics research is funded by the NIH grant (2022-2025) and PRF grant (2022-2023). I am looking for some excellent graduate and undergraduate students to work with me, if you are interested in my research projects, please send me your CV by email.
