Teaching Math & Escher
- General Philosophy behind the course
- Elementary Education (K-8) NCTM standards and some resources.
- Secondary Education (9-12) NCTM standards and some resources.
- In the Summer of 2008, Anneke and Bryan hosted an MAA online workshop Geometry and Art. The workshop has extensive discussions of how we teach this material. Additionally, there is new curricular material developed during the workshop, some of which may eventually move into this book, but all of which is good fodder for teaching ideas.
Instructors Notes
- Most instructors notes are on the 'Discussion' page associated to each page of content.
- Solutions to Exercises As well as solutions to a selected number of explorations.
- Tessellation Art Project Grading Rubric
- Art and Mathematics Project Grading Rubric
