Although my major is civil engineering, the majority of classes and research (at least in my grad studies) I have had were in statistics. That is due to the importance of statistics in conducting any type of analysis in my field. Currently, I am teaching in the math department alongside with my research work in engineering to gain PhD in that field.Courses
